HUL-BriC. Historic Urban Landscape: Bridging Cultures training course in situ

The course aims to offer a highly qualified and interdisciplinary experience on the conservation, valorization and management of small historic cities across different cultures, such as Italian hill towns, Chinese water towns or traditional villages. The training offer is based on the expertise of Italian University and CNR professors and researchers aiming to promote the Italian excellence in conservation and enhancement, while bridging cultures and creating a HUL training protocol. The direct involvement of small historic cities (which are partners in the “HUL-BriC project”) to the training course has the double aim: on one hand, to increase citizens’ awareness of the artistic and historic value of their cities and to introduce best practices for their preservation and on the other, to promote their heritage on an international level.
